"I stayed at this historic peninsula hotel on May 30th for a business trip, and as the rooms needed were spacious, comfortable and clean, it was also a Newbie hotel, and I would definitely stay again at this hotel, which is within walking distance of all the sights."

"Perfect Location,very close to sea Very good hotel with lots of details very good cleanliness and exceptional treatment the receptionist Veysel treated us spectacular and helped us in everything we need to understand the workings of how to get around Istanbul and helped us in everything we need all facilities and the cleanliness of the rooms very good and breakfast also very well advice this hotel is close to 10 minutes of all the important things to see and the tram stuck with you move everywhere. I'll go back to Turkey and it'll be at this hotel again for sure"

"We have been travelling around Turkiye for 5 weeks and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Its within 5 minutes walk of tram and metro stations and all the main attractions are also within walking distance.The hotel has just been renovated to a very high standard. Even though everything is brand new the rooms are cleaned daily.The receptionist could not have been more helpful and gave us plenty of tips and directions.When we return to Istanbul we will not bother checking out other hotels as this one is perfect for us."

"We stayed for a week at this hotel. We could not fault the cleanliness, location, the luxurious rooms and the exceptional helpfulness from Veysal the receptionist. It is by far the best hotel we stayed in on our tour around Turkey. We are looking forward to returning when there will also be a terrace rooftop restaurant."

"We just stayed at the Sistina Old City Hotel with my family, we are leaving right now and I can only say that it was a fantastic stay.Perfect location, spotless and spacious room, friendly reception staff friendly and ready to solve every problema.Nel lobby available to customers there is 'the machine of hot drinks , juice and biscuits for free use of customers.Every night we always found in the room a bottle of water per person gratuito.Accoglietto perfect as all the Turkish people .I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel, we will definitely be back.Istanbul in the heart ❤️"

"Small and modern hotel in a super quiet part of  the  old part of the city.  Make sure to check out its location as it can be a bit hard to find the first time around, but maybe that is just me. From here you will have a great base to explore the facinating city of Istanbul. The RoomRoom was very small, but we knew that, so no complaints here. Beautifully appointed bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of amenities. Bed was just as hard as I like it. In-room safe came in handy. Plenty of wardrobe space. The StaffReception staff were super polite and helpful. Top staff working here. Good value for money. Recommended."

"Wonderful people working here. They help you with whatever you need. The offer clean drinking water, coffee, and herbal tea daily. They help you order food from restaurants which is not English speaking. I could continue about their service. The worst thing about this hotel and I'm not upset about is" my room is tiny. tiny.."

"Wonderful staff, friendly, helpful ,& kind. There is no restaurant here though, nor laundry. You have to pay a laundry company to come get your laundry and bring it back the next day. Shuttles are available to and from the airport at a cost."

"Very nice hotel in a perfect location. It does say the rooms are soundproofed but the call to prayer each morning being played outside is very loud and will wake you up early. But a minor point. Overall a very good stay and I would happily stay here again, and recommend to others visiting Istanbul."

"If you are a Budget Traveler you should definitely consider the Sistina Old City. The hotel is modern, clean and a great value. The staff is very friendly and helpful and clearly well trained. You can arrange a shuttle to/from either airport for the common rate of €50 each way. Check In and Check Out are a breeze no matter what time you arrive. I arrived at 04:00 and the hotel was full. While I dozed in the lobby someone checked out and they had a clean room ready for me at 09:00. My room was small, but not awkwardly so, clean and quite comfortable. The AC works very well and is very quiet. The bathroom is not too small, although at 6’2” 190 (1.9 M, 86 KG) the shower was almost a challenge, but still quite manageable. All of the rooms are going to be quiet as the hotel is on a lightly traveled street. The neighborhood lacks parking so you should check first. The neighborhood is quite nice. Two blocks away there is a street with shops, cafes, food markets and local restaurants. One more block to Ragip Gümüșpala and there excellent coffee houses, restaurants and stores. The main bus terminal is a short walk. The Spice Market and Grand Bazaar are not far away, and the No. 1 Tram that will get you to the mosques is about 20 to 30 minutes. With the nearby bus terminal, tram lines and metro, you can get around easily on public transit. My stay at the Sistina Old City was great and I highly recommend it."

"Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Das Personal war jederzeit zu erreichen, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel ist einige Monate alt, dementsprechend auch sehr modern. Das Hotel liegt bei Eminönü und somit sehr zentral. Galata Kulesi, Taksim Square, Eyüp Sultan, Hafia Sophia und Sultan Ahmed sind direkt in der Nähe. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen und auf jeden Fall nochmals kommen!"

Personel çok nazik ve yardımseverdi, her isteğimizi güler yüzle karşıladılar. Otelin konumu da oldukça merkezi, etrafı gezmek için ideal. Manzara terastan izlenmeye kesinlikle değerdi."

"Otelde konakladığımız süre boyunca gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Daha ilk andan itibaren otel çalışanlarının ilgisi, nezaketi ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı bizi oldukça etkiledi. Her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışmaları ve güler yüzlü olmaları konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Herhangi bir konuda destek istediğimizde hemen ilgilenmeleri gerçekten takdir edilecek bir durumdu. Otelin konumu da bizim için büyük bir avantaj sağladı. Çevresinde çok sayıda mağaza, kafe ve çeşitli işletmeler bulunuyor. Bu sayede ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şeye çok kolay ulaşabildik. Birçok yere yürüyerek gidebilmek konaklamamızı oldukça rahat ve pratik hale getirdi. Genel olarak hem hizmet kalitesi hem de konumu açısından çok memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Misafirperverlikleri ve ilgileri için tüm otel ekibine teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar aynı bölgede konaklama planımız olursa gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edeceğimiz bir otel."

"Otel konum olarak çok güzel yerde Eminönüne 4 dk ve çok temiz çok pak özelikle resopsiyon arkadaşlar o kadar ilgili ve samiler ki bu bile insana yetiyor otel yeni eşyalar sıfır bu çok büyük avantaj tek sorun odalar biraz dar özelikle lavabo ama bu kısa konaklama için sorun olmaz en büyük avantaji ise otopark olmasi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim burayi....."
